VPE Capital and Halcyon, two leading fund managers that have specialised in the Russian and CIS markets since 2010 and 2003 respectively, merged their public asset management businesses to create a $500 million investment management firm*.
The merged businesses, Halcyon, focuses on managing international institutional funds into the public equity markets of the region. The private equity businesses of both firms has remained separate.
